- Why do I need to install that Unity3D plugin?
- We see this technology as the best compromise at the moment for having this kind of 3D tool running in a webbrowser.
It is used widely for games and the likes and has been downloaded more than 40 million times so we evaluate it to be relatively safe.
- Why does it look better on my workcomputer than on my netbook?
- The way the technology works is that it does the the best it can on a any given computer. But it uses the graphics card to make it look good and usually a netbook does not have graphics card. It is the same for most games and other applications. And we are just using a technology, not developing it.
- Why cant I find a room that looks like mine?
- We have tried to provide a wide selection of room types but sadly cant cover them all.

- If I share my project will others be able to change it?
- They can not make changes to your project. They will make a new project with a new ID, based on yours.
- Does it only work when I'm connected to the internet?
- It saves and loads from our server and therefore needs a connection for that. But when it is loaded it can be used even when not connected
- Why are there no furniture?
- The way the dynamic light works in this technology makes furniture very processor demanding so we've have choosen to concentrate on the daylight for now.

- Why do I have to copy and paste the link when using the send link button?
- That is depening on the mail client. E.g. Lotus Notes is stripping the url and there is no solution to that.
- What is a Unity plug-in?
- In order to use the application the user needs to download and install a Unity plug-in. The plug-in is similar to installing flash, shockwave etc. It requires one click to install. The license is free to all users.
- Why does the mouse focus sometimes dissapear in Firefox when printing?
- The solution is to click anywhere on the screen.
It is a problem occuring when a number of programs ”needs to talk to each other”. There is no solution at the moment.
- Does the planner feature all products?
- The planner features the most popular products within the categories of VELUX roof windows, VELUX sun tunnels and VELUX flat roof windows.
VELUX solar panels, VELUX blinds & shutters, accessories, VELUX skylights, VELUX commercial skylights, VELUX smoke ventilation etc. are not part of the VELUX planner.
