The fabric of my blind has come away from the side rail, what should I do?
You can try to gently put the fabric back into the side rails and roll the blind up and down a few times. Make sure the black plastic clips run into the side rail and not on the outside. If this doesn't work, you can try to remove the side rail and refit it.
If it still doesn't resolve the issue and your blind is within warranty, please contact VELUX Customer Service by clicking below.
